Working Groups @ CS5CEP
CS5CEP is split into two main working groups:
- Hardware Group: responsible for the configuration and operation of the satellite tracking station, along with the development of new devices that are essencial for enhancing our operating conditions.
- Software Group: responsible for the installation, configuration and testing of software applications in order to perform satellite tracking and gather telemetry data; it is also responsible for the development of new applications.
CS5CEP is also involved in the development of ISTnanosat,
a project to build a nanosatellite based on the CubeSat model.
Regular meetings are normally held on Thursdays at 17:00, in room 1.4.46 at IST-TAGUS.
